Reading the next 50 pages
went well, the book is interesting and eventful, it´s give a little joyous
feeling while you are inside the storyline while reading. It feels less like a
"work" and the pressure to read is mostly gone, instead a good
motivation to read it over again is there left with you toward this inspiring story.
The language is simple and
easy, and there is not so many complex words that stops you and making
you think like "what happened here?"and so the read goes with a flow,
i also think that the author had made the text simple mostly for the sake that
the reader could understand his story mostly with feelings and not merely
with thoughts. The text itself expresses through dialogs explaining the surface
of what is happening and is mainly described in depth by the storyteller:
"You would have to
have been born arab to understand", he answered."But in your language
it would
be something like ´it is
written´."
And, as he smothered the
coals in the hookah, he told the boy that he could begin to sell tea in the
crystal glass.

Started
reading my book yesterday and nothing clearly special is felt here, only
that this writing goes with a flow. The language in the book is pretty simple
so it`s not a hard read and same time quite feels very intriguing. Reading so far i understood
that to trusting everyone at first eyesight is something that needs to be interrupted .
I am
reading a book called The alchemist and it is written by an Brazilian novelist Paulo
Coelho. I considered this book because I found out that it had an adventurous
story in it and also because it is an international bestseller.
The book
is about a young boy who got willed to follow his destiny after he saw his goal
“a treasure” one night in his dreams. The boy dreamed of traveling at young age
but because his family was poor he decided to become a shepherd, as it was the
only possibility for him to make his dream come through. And the day he got had
his dream, he went straight to an gypsy women to tell him where the treasure was
hidden, unfortunately the gypsy women didn’t say much and before that the boy
agreed even to give her a part of the treasure when he found it, disappointed he
walked away and later that day he met a girl. He got maybe in love in the first
eyesight or just strongly attached to her? He talked with her a couple of times
but suddenly the girl was forbidden to talk to him by her father, because her
father was a textile merchant and that meant that she was only allowed to be
with someone like a baker but not an shepherd. Later The boy sat at an bench
one evening with a sight on the girls house angrily trying to figure out how to
get her to him, but one of a sudden a man
came and introduced himself as the king of salem, he gave him advice of wisdom
and asked him a part of his sheep in
exchange telling him where his treasure is hidden. The boy was stunned and
decided to leave his land for his destiny. He sold his sheep and left a part
for the man. When he saw the man’s house
and how he was dressed he got shocked and believed that he was truly the real
king. He exchanged his sheep for the kings tale and heard the same story as the
gypsy women told him. Anger and disappointment came but dropped after he got 2
stones that were magical one of them meant a yes and the other a no. That convinced
him to move toward his destiny and he aborded a ship and sailed away. Arriving at
the shore he went to a bar there he met another boy his size and started to
plan where they should take route. The
city he was in had an language he could not understand and the other one offerd
to help him on his quest, but after coming into trouble at the bar they fled
outside and into a plaza. The boy got distracted by things he saw there and in
one moment the other one separated and vanished. Realizing it he got uppset but
worse was that his own money disappeared with his companion as well. Confused
and broken hearted he didn´t know where to go, he hadn´t any opportunity to travel
toward his destination without money and he hardly considered to give up. But
after staying in the city for a while he got a job as cleaner at a crystal
shop.
The boys
name is Santiago and he is from anduluasia and this is his adventure toward
Egypt. Im trying to explain the biggest and most happenings in the book with as
less important details and names as possible, so you can read the whole story
by yourself.
